Owned Boots now for 1 year wear them 80% of the week and they have been incredible! Only minor wear are on laces and the keen logo on the sole. The leather and metal for laces are high quality. Will buy until I die!
Thieves - horrible company: don’t buy
Shoes arrived and were fine but despite getting a larger size as suggested they were still too small. Posted them back immediately for return however was never refunded. Contacted customer services and had the most unpleasant experience with an extremely rude (& ultimately useless as I am still owed £50) advisor who insulted me, asked for information already in the email trail and didn’t help me. I would never purchase again from this company and have since advised many people not to buy as they are just thieves.

Look great, feel great, utter rubbish
Look great, very comfortable for wide feet. However the flimsy rubberised (no longer waterproof ???) section between the leather uppers and the sole started to disintegrate recently after less than 100 miles walking on easy terrain. Sadly I didn't notice til they were just outside warranty. What a waste of what would otherwise have been a great product. Bought mine in a reputable hiking shop who should know better than to sell crap. I thought I'd have them for years. Not particularly cheap either. Is it unreasonable to hope that a pair of hiking boots (costing in excess of £100) should last years not months?! They're nothing more than landfill sadly ??.

I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my first and last pair if Keens. I paid, which to me was good money for what I thought would be a long lasting pair of boots. Yes, they were comfortable until the bottoms started coming loose. I was also under the impression they would at least be water resistant. I work in a garden center and my feet get soaked. I will be buying a different brand.
Keen women’s Targhee 3 mid walking…
Keen women’s Targhee 3 mid walking boots bought 28th December 2022 through Amazon UK. Three weeks later the boots began to leak (after a few local dog walks). Amazon couldn’t supply the same boots so I contacted Keen through Amazons link - unfortunately this turned out to be to Keen USA. They supplied the email address for Keen UK, I received an acknowledgement to my email but absolutely nothing since. The telephone number for Keen UK says it is closed. I’ve sent further emails but to no avail.
Keen customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I’ve loved Keen boots over they years but this will be my last pair. Avoid this company at all cost. In my opinion they deserve zero stars!

Always loved Keens water shoes and was a loyalist for years, but my last pair barely lasted 18 months of light hiking. The seams ripped and the bottom started to separate. I am done, and moving back to Merrell.

Keen your boots are JUNK
This company requires 0 stars. I’ve been a big fan on the keen boots for years until just recently. I’m on my 4th pair in the last 13 months and I wear them until they’re literally falling off my feet. I used to go through 2 a year. Keen Company went down hill in the past year in a half. Looks like I’ll be searching for a new shoe company for hiking boots.

I’m unbelievably disappointed in this company. I’ve had 3 pairs of their hiking boots 2 of which I got from warranty claims because the sole of my boots delaminated in weeks. I recently bought a pair of their work boots where I had the same problem and had to make another warranty claim. The company was good enough to give me a voucher for the value of the boots and so i thought I’d pitch in an extra $60 and get a slightly more pricey pair of boots. When I received the boots, it was just before Christmas and was off work by the time I tried the boots on and found they were too small It had been more than 30 days since I ordered them when I contacted the company to return the boots for a larger size they said that I was over the 30 day limit and they were not going to replace them for me and we’re not going to return my $60. I can’t even begin to say how disappointed I am in this company. I will never be buying their product again
Unbelievably disappointed

Keen Boots not so waterproof
Bought my first pair of Keen work boots aluminum tow San Jose 3 weeks ago. They're supposed to be waterproof. Went to the car wash to wash the car. Got home noticed my feet were wet. Looked at the boot and the rubber around the stitching was peeling apart. Will be taking back. OnePlus is they were comfortable.
Shockingly low quality product.
I purchased my Keen walking boots about 9 moths ago. Ssv *******. They have only been used for occasional street walking. Already the wear pattern on the heel and ball are worn smooth and the upper fabric is already splitting above the toe line. I honestly don't know what to make of such a shoddy product as they were not cheap. I don't recall the exact price but somewhere in the region of US$200. I would have expected far more from this brand name and indeed this product.
Keen Footwear, No Soul
I did contact Keen Footwear to return a pair of hiking boots I had bought for my Grandson who is two years old, he could not get his foot in them, never worn. After having me send three sets of pictures and many e-mails, Christmas time…. They would not help me. I have purchased shoes for my whole family online with Keen, and still? No help. At a time when people are struggling to put food on the table and shoes on kids feet, shame on you Keen. No so "Cool" after all I guess…..
I have owned at least 7 pairs of Keen's from…
I have owned 7 pairs of Keen's from Kaci slip-ons to winter boots, to steel-toed work boots. They are all fantastic . . . then I bought a new pair (Kaci III) at the same price point last month. They are complete rubbish. I don't know what happened to this company, but do NOT purchase anything from them; it's all cheap crap now. They were my go-to place to find comfortable, well-made shoes with a wide toe-box. I'm so bummed.

Quality has gone down over the years
I used to love Keen hiking and casual shoes because they were the only ones that fit my wide, flat feet. I used to get the Austin casual shoes for work and Targhee hiking shoes for walking and hiking. Over time the sizing and structure of the Austins changed, becoming smaller and narrower, pinching the wide part of my foot (metatarsus). That ended that relationship, but I kept buying the Targhee, although I noticed over the years the footbed becoming softer and wearing out faster. The pair I bought 10 months ago (January 2022) is already so soft in the footbed that my foot rolls sideways as I walk. I have a pair of Targhees I bought 10 years ago that I still use for yard work, and only now is the footbed starting to deform to the point where I can't use them any more. I wish they still made them like that. Bye bye Keen.
